ONEDelete your ONE account
You can delete your ONE account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open ONE and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Delete my account permanently.
Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: by email
If you can’t use the app (for example you uninstalled it or lost your phone), email laurynasjob38@gmail.com from the address you sign in to ONE with, with the subject “Delete my ONE account”. We may ask you to confirm from that address. We will delete your account within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
From our server: your profile, email address, date of birth, location, posts (with their comments and likes), your comments and likes, marketplace listings, opportunities, messages you sent and received, friends, location shares, blocks, reports you made, sign-in sessions and sign-in records. Deleting removes whole conversations, so the people you messaged lose them too. The in-app option also clears ONE’s data from that phone (photos, gallery, ad drafts).
What may be kept, and for how long
- Cloudflare’s automatic database recovery history: deleted data can remain there for up to 30 days, then it is gone.
- Anti-abuse counters that can contain your email address or account ID: not removed automatically. Ask in your email and we will remove them.
- Reports other people made about your listings may be kept for safety.
- One-time sign-in codes expire on their own after 10 minutes.
- Google keeps its own records of any Google Play purchases under Google’s privacy policy.
Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. To delete only some of your data (for example one post or listing) without closing your account, email us.
